Shipping Policy:
Iris delivers your order with premium quality packaging within the specified timeframes. We typically take 4-7  working days to deliver your order across India. The orders might get delayed during festive seasons and Indian working days.

Return or Exchange Policy (Pan India):
At Iris, we want you to be delighted with your purchases. We accept only exchanges and no returns for your order.

To initiate an exchange, please contact us via WhatsApp messaging(9975711359) during 9 am to 5pm or email us at team.irisco@gmail.com with your concerns. Please note that if the exchange is not due to an error on our part, the buyer will be responsible for exchange logistics charges. When returning the product, ensure the original receipt is included, the product's tags are intact, and the product is in unused condition.

The exchange process for your order will begin once the return/exchange has been received at our warehouse.

Cancellation or Modification (Pan India):
We understand that you may need to cancel or modify an order after it's placed. Please contact our Customer Support Team to request changes to your order.

Exceptions to Request:
1. Cancellations/modifications cannot be accommodated if the order has already been dispatched from our warehouse.
2. Modifications are subject to product availability.
